✨ Walking in, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, peaceful space where you can truly relax 🤍 We’ll start with a quick check-in about how you’ve been feeling and what you need support with. You’ll get comfortable while I gently place small needles in the ear. Then you’ll simply rest… often with reiki energy work to deepen the relaxation. Many people drift into a meditative or sleepy state. No pressure, no intensity—just a quiet reset for your mind and body ✨

The community experience

Community ear acupuncture and Reiki sessions offer a peaceful, supportive space to rest, reset, and heal—together. In place of needles, non-invasive ear seeds can be applied to pressure points for those who are needle phobic.

In a community setting, treatments are provided in a shared room, often in comfortable chairs. This allows you to receive care at a more affordable rate while still experiencing the powerful benefits of acupuncture and energy work. Many people find the group environment deeply calming, knowing others are also taking time to care for themselves.
